Hi [~sunilg] Please review the patch.
v1 patch implements following:
1. Redirects to container page under Nodes tab in UI2 for running apps.
2. Redirects to /yarn-app/<appId>/logs for finished/killed apps with
prepopulating attemptId
and containerId.
