Thanks [[email protected]]. This change looks cleaner to me.
[~elgoiri], ideally ResourceUtils.parseResourceValue was used in places where
it was not supposed to be used. [[email protected]], cud u pls help to
assess if we can mark ResourceUtils.parseResourceValue as private if possible.
What is the need to expose this as public and cause such issues. Thanks.
