[~eyang] thanks for your reply! Yes, unfortunately our branch is Hadoop-2
based, that's bad news. But we do have commits from YARN-3611, albeit not all
of them. I'll reach out to our devs to see whether it's worth the effort to
backport this JIRA alone or just abandon it.
