Neither of the junit tests failures are related.
TestWorkPreservingRMRestart#testReleasedContainerNotRecovered: has failed
before with timeouts but in YARN-2953 was considered fixed. It still times out,
will log a follow up jira to investigate
TestContainerAllocation#testUserLimitAllocationMultipleContainers: YARN-4038
has been logged for TestContainerAllocation flakiness already but not actioned,
will follow up in that jira
