May be I am missing something here. Please correct me if I am understanding
this wrong - the logical name/ id has two uses:
# HA case to differentiate the RMs - we need one ID per RM for this.
# Token logic - there should be a single logical name per cluster irrespective
of HA or not.
If the above is correct, this JIRA is addressing case 1 and not case 2.
