[~Charo Zhang] This task looks like a duplicate of YARN-5168. I think we can
further divide the task into:
# Container-executor changes to support -P or --publish-all=true. (YARN-8986).
# Aggregate exposed port numbers and display on UI to provide quick link to the
exposed port. (YARN-5168)
# Multi-homed network support for bridge + overlay network (YARN-9003).
Does this work for you?
