tried explicitly setting `KeepContainersAcrossApplicationAttempts` to false,
but it doesn't work. How do you solve the problem at last? And could you please
point me to the code where the default value of
`KeepContainersAcrossApplicationAttempts` is set to true? Thanks a lot!)
