Thanks [~eyang] for reviewing. {{TOKEN_FILE_NAME_FMT}} is NOT used at all in
{{ContainerLocalizer}} now since the token file name is an argument. IMO
leaving it in {{ContainerLocalizer}} would have made it more confusing. Since
the ContainerExecutors are using {{TOKEN_FILE_NAME_FMT}} for formatting the
token file name, I moved it to {{ContainerExecutor}}. Let me know if there is a
better place for it.
