[~Charo Zhang] yarn.nodemanager.runtime.linux.docker.default-container-network
will result in --net parameter being passed. My suggestion is specific for
unit test to pass, and also allow undefined net parameter to fall back to
bridge network behavior as default. Jenkins environment docker network ls will
fail, hence it would be easier to solve unit test problem and default behavior
at the same time by gracefully handle the logic where net parameter is not
passed, and allow -p and -P to work.
