[~leftnoteasy] According to your suggestions, i updated 003 patch:
1, use add_param_to_command_if_allowed method to check
2, add some detail in documentation about new configs.
3, refactor test case about set_runtime.
besides, i will modify checkstyle errors in Jenkins output at the later 004
patch.
