+1 for patch 3. Thanks for working on this, [~eyang]! See also YARN-9117 which
will provide a helpful follow-on patch. I also noticed some cleanup we could do
in container-executor.c (freeing allocated memory, valgrind leaks in the test
suite, and error logging, mainly not introduced by this patch). So let's do
that in another ticket as well.
