Summary: Auxiliary manifest file deleted from HDFS does not
trigger service to be removed

If system administrator removed auxiliary manifest file from HDFS, this does
not trigger services to be removed. System administrator must write:
{code}
{
"services": [
]
}
{code}
To remove all auxiliary services. It might be a better experience to remove
auxiliary services, if the file has been removed.
