Description: YARN-6736 mocks RMAppMetrics in
TestCombinedSystemMetricsPublisher - in branch-2 and below it uses mem/vcore,
and in branch-3.0 and above it uses a resource map. Once resource types is
ported to branch-2, this test should also use resource map in branch-2. (was:
