Use case: We're running a mapreduce program which uses few custom libraries
that access policy published in shared memory by an agent hence it is required
that the yarn docker containers should be able to access the policy published
by the agent in the shared memory of the host to run the mapreduce program
successfully.
Implementing support for --ipc option will allow our customers to use our
services with yarn docker containerization feature.
