Nodemanager will not start
if Autodiscovery on:
- If nvidia-SMI path is misconfigured or the file not exists
- There is 0 GPU found
if the manually set GPUs are misconfigured
It would be a better option to set 0 available GPUs and let the node work and
run non-gpu jobs
