Thanks for the patch [~Prabhu Joseph], it looks good. But UT seems to timeout
before verifying this one. I think we should get YARN-9231 fixed first and then
re-trigger the jenkins for this one.
Interesting thing is UTs only took 37 sec, but the built task took more than 15
minutes...
