Thanks for the patch, you can ignore the findbugs warnings. Those are existing 
issues even before your patch. Feel free to create another Jira if you want to 
fix them.

Regarding the patch, I think most of part looks fine to me. Only one doubt here

In ActivityManager, the changes you've done for 
{{startAppAllocationRecording}}, this seems to have changed the behavior, is it 
on purpose?
