Attaching a branch-2.7 patch. (Ref: YARN-9518)
Mostly clean backport - there's no PrivilegedOperation.* classes in 2.7 so I
put the delimiter in LinuxContainerExecutor. Also functionality for
concatenating multiple tasks files (in PrivilegedOperationExecutor) doesn't
exist in 2.7 so that part doesn't need to be ported either.
