[~zhoubh] Have seen this issue earlier for below two reasons
# mapreduce.jobhistory.intermediate-done-dir is configured differently for
Oozie MapReduce Jobs and MapReduce HistoryServer. Can you validate the
mapred-site.xml which Oozie MapReduce jobs uses and make sure it has same path
as HistoryServer.
# MapReduce HistoryServer does not have access to the user directory part of
mapreduce.jobhistory.intermediate-done-dir which Oozie job has created. Can you
check HistoryServer logs for any error.
