It seems like with this patch I would still need to specify the following in
order to filter tests and skip the javascript tests.
{code:java}
mvn test -Dtest=TestMaintenanceState -DskipTests
{code}
IMHO this is a little confusing because I would have expected -DskipTests would
skip all tests. What do you think?
