Update the patch:
1. Rebase against the newest patch of YARN-947
2. Add the test of massive writing
3. Use the local fs for testing instead of MiniDFSCluster
4. Fix one logic of opening TFILE for writing. Instead of appending the
existing file, I choose to overwriting it, because the data integrity is that
one file contains one application.
