I was thinking about setting the default a bit higher - I don't know how common
is this to have at least 100Mb files, but my first idea was 1Gb for example. On
the other hand when someone turn this debug message on, would probably
configure the filesize as well, so IMO it is not really important how to set
the default - you can leave it as it is.
Agreed on item 3): we don't need to duplicate these pieces of information.
