Uploaded patch v1. Now SLSRunner uses the {{SLSConfiguration.RM_SCHEDULER}}
(yarn.sls.scheduler.class) property. Not sure how to handle the associated
configs with the scheduler (like
{{YarnConfiguration.RM_SCHEDULER_ENABLE_MONITORS}} and
{{YarnConfiguration.RM_SCHEDULER_MONITOR_POLICIES}} that has been set along
with CS - they're hardcoded in this way).
Also removed TODO as it is the YARN-6383 issue.
Please review if you have time.
