Trunk seems ok. On branch-3.1 Jenkins reported ASF license on files that are
deleted in the patch. Trying to reupload a new patch.
Branch-3.2 Jenkins failed with some seemingly unrelated OOM in unit tests. Also
complaining of ASF license on removed files. I rebased the patch and waiting to
upload until the previous patch is picked up by Jenkins.
