Thanks [~snemeth] for reviewing. Have added a new testcase in
TestLeveldbConfigurationStore in [^YARN-9789-002.patch] .
YARN-9789, YARN-9780, YARN-9781 and YARN-9788 all modifies same files. So i
will rebase again after the commit of any other patch.
