The test sample is as described below
# submit a MR job, am container capacity is 2048 mb, map container capacity is
4096 mb, reduce container capacity is 4096 mb ,resouce usage is shown in 1.jpg
# restart rm, after rm recovered, resouce usage is shown in 2.jpg and I found
am used resouce is 4096 mb !1.jpg!
