Uploaded patch v5.
Added a configuration to enable this feature (disabled by default). Did a bit
of cleanup in {{RMAppImpl}}: now some app-related information is stored, and
have a better solution for sending application data to the state store.
Will add some tests later whether the resolution makes sense.
Turning this feature on may resolve the recovery related issue mentioned in
YARN-4946.
