[~leftnoteasy] Fair Scheduler supports all three scheduling policies (fifo,
fair, drf) on queue level. This is not the case in CS and this ticket was
created to address this. I was thinking that we want to close as many feature
gaps as possible, no? We also had a meeting with [~wilfreds] last week and he
identified this as a P0.
Do you have any specific concerns?
