Update the patch in the following aspects:
1. Rebase against the latest change of transitions of RMApp and RMAppAttempt,
and fix the test cases accordingly.
2. Make use of draining events feature from YARN-1121.
3. Update the code of writing container history data, and the test cases
according YARN-974.
4. Update the configuration name. And importantly, RM should have a separate
configuration of the history store class to use. As we have already decided
that AHS to be an independent process, RM should have separate config to
disable writing history data (using dummyApplicationHistoryStore), while AHS
can continue reading the existing filesystem history store on the other hand.
5. Polish the code, and removing some unnecessary touch.
