I saw a number of webapp elements are put in yarn-common sub-project. Is it
correct place? Webapp is supposed to be the server-side component, and the
right place seems to be yarn-server-common.
Or are they actually used by other component in Hadoop (e.g. Mapreduce), such
that they need to be there?
