upload a patch:
- Add unit test for testing application submitted to a new RM with an old
delegation token got from previous RM is accepted.
- Also add one more unit test for testing app summary log for completed apps
are logged after RM restart. Since before YARN-891, app summary log may be
missing if RM crashes after app finished but before the app summary is logged.
After YARN-891, this is handled by replaying the final transition of competed
app to re-log the completed app log
