I've added a patch involving two changes in
org.apache.hadoop.yarn.sls.scheduler.SchedulerMatrics and
org.apache.hadoop.yarn.sls.SLSRunner classes. I've added static function
closeMetricsWriter() which uses metricsLogBW to write a closing bracket and
closes the metricsLogBW. In SLSRunner, the function is called just before the
application exits.
