Thanks for the catch, [~zhuqi]. +1 on the patch. Precommit didn't catch this
test failure since it was in the RM package instead of yarn-common. I've
committed this to trunk (3.4), branch-3.3, branch-3.2, and branch-3.1. If
YARN-10501 gets cherry-picked to branch-2.10, I will also make sure to either
put this patch on top of it or also commit this as a separate patch.
