Description: Solve the problem that when nodemanager performs log
aggregation to hdfs, writing to hdfs fails, causing log aggregation to fail,
but the logs on nodemanager are also deleted at the same time, and the error
message of the task cannot be viewed (was:
解决当nodemanager进行日志聚合到hdfs上，写hdfs失败，导致日志聚合失败，但是nodemanager上的日志也同时被删除掉，无法查看任务的报错信息。)
