Thanks [~zhangxiping] involve me here. After a quick review, Just suggest:
A. It is better to submit PR via Github based on branch trunk.
B. Add unit test will be good to check the improvement.
TBH, I am not very familiar with NodeLabel, cc [~sunilg] would you mind to take
