Fix ClusterMetricsInfo shows wrong availableMB when node labels enabled

### How was this patch tested?
Checked metrics is correct while curing `/ws/v1/cluster/metrics` on EMR
cluster for the following use cases :
- Node labels not enabled
- Node labels not enabled + Running MR Job
- `CORE` node label
- `CORE` node label + Running MR Job
