During the YARN Federation integration testing process, we encountered an issue
where the 'About' page of the Router does not display cluster resource
utilization. This problem arises from the omission of calculations for the
'Physical Mem Used' and 'Physical VCores Used' metrics when merging metrics
from sub-clusters.
