Description: when multiNodePlacementEnabled，using global scheduler，NPE
exception may happend when commit thread calling allocateFromReservedContainer
with param reservedContainer ,while the container may be unreserved by the
judgment thread in tryCommit->apply function (was: NPE exception may happend
when commit thread calling allocateFromReservedContainer with param
reservedContainer ,while the container may be unreserved by the judgment thread
in tryCommit->apply function )
