+1. Looks good. Should we make the throwStandbyException() a method of HAUtil
so that we could reuse it in other places if need be? I am still +1 if you
think that change makes sense.
Let me know what your thoughts on the following. When we want the standby RM to
re-direct the client to the active RM then how do you think we would do that?
Would we throw a specific exception which wraps the redirect information? Or
some other way? If its an exception then should it be a derivative of the
StandbyException?
