Description:
This is the same issue as YARN-11805, applied to each test that starts an HBase
minimcluster.
I got YARN-11805 mixed up, and fixed TestTimelineReaderHBaseDown in it instead
of TestTimelineWriterHBaseDown, so that one still needs to be fixed.
Furthermore, a lot of other tests are failing in the module, only these were
not reported because of a bug in the old surefireversion that Hadoop uses.
This patch (really) fixes TestTimelineWriterHBaseDown, as well as all the other
test which exhibit the same problem once we use a surefire version that does
not silently swallow the error.
