Okay for removing the YARN_MINICLUSTER_FIXED_PORTS stuff for AHS. It looks like
that is only respected by NMs inside the MiniYARNCluster. RM and AHS now don't
respect that.
Also, I tried to reproduce the TestDistributedShell crash, but am not able to.
Changing to the memory-store is okay for now, we have other tests validating
level-db-store.
The change looks reasonable to me. +1. Checking this in.
