Summary: RM doesn't recover unmanaged AMs into its memory after restart
(was: RM should recover only Managed AMs)
Given this is just a leak, it isn't critical for 2.4.
So, let's spend some time and do the right thing - by recording unmanaged AMs
also when they finish and use that information for recovery.
Editing title to reflect the reality and closing YARN-1823 as duplicate..
