Sorry, didn't pay attention before. "yarn resourcemanager -format" is a bit
misleading to me. RM may in future have more information that is not
necessarily persisted into the state-store.
How about renaming it to be "yarn resourcemanager -format-state-store" to be
explicit? We can do "yarn state-store -format", but cannot think of more
operations at the moment.
Thoughts? We can do an addendum here if others agree.
