Guys, What is the status of this issue now?
We met this issue in our production cluster recently.
Now, we have to disable sizebasedweight.
This patch looks good to me. But there is 1 core UT failure. And now, jenkins
has rotated the test results. Can we trigger the test again and see what is
wrong?
