We've been carefully thinking about our requirements, the discussion from the
community and also the approach outlined in your design document. We have
attempted to consolidate them and put them together to a new design doc. We
believe this proposal addresses the core use cases listed for this feature and
is also implementable in a phased timely manner. I want to work with you to
consolidate the APIs proposed to get this feature to completion soon. Please
kindly review and comment on the design when you get a chance.
