Thanks [~gujilangzi] and [~ashahab] for the effort! Last time when I was in a
YARN meetup, the feedback from YARN community is that a hierarchical way is
more preferable. So I renew the proposal here (see newer one attached), but
haven't get chance to prototype a patch. Quite busy recently on other YARN
features, so it may take more time for me to have a patch ready. Let me know if
you have interest on helping dev/review/test effort for new patches. Thx!
