Hi [~Naganarasimha],
For 1#, sorry my bad, it has been more than half month since that comment :). I
prefer use a consistent way, we have a
"isDecentralizedNodeLabelConfigurationEnabled", let's use it. Do you agree?
Tests looks good to me.
