I update the patch for adding test NodeManagerLabel recovery during RM restart.
The test does straight forward sanity check that
1. Start RM1
2. Add 3 labels to cluster and add 1 NodeLabel to Node.
3. Verify labels
4. Start RM2 with same file patch of NodeStore
5. verify labels
Any specific scenario am I missing ?
