Hi [~zjshen], this version looks good to me (disabling the findbugs warning
here looks fine to me). One question is about the version storage: seems like
LeveldbTimelineStore also has the same logic on storing/loading versions. Maybe
we want to make the "version control" logic a unified interface in future?
