Thanks [~jianhe] for reviewing patch in detail!!
Attached the patch addressing all the comments. Now one thing is pending is
rendering applicaitonHeadRoom in AppAttemptBlock. I have made change
application headroom update in attempt metric. But obtaining value from
ApplicationAttemptMetric need to be done after YARN-3284.
Kindly review the updated patch..
